What can we do for you?
Owning a property overseas can be a daunting prospect so it is important to have someone on hand you can trust and rely on at all-times.
What we do for you is completely up to you. From using our weekly changeover service, to overseeing renovation projects, being there for the occasional emergency or simply turning on the heating or taking a delivery for you. Essentially, what you need when you need it, so that you can enjoy your property to the full.
Every one of our properties and members have different needs and Chamonix Ten80 remain versatile to cater for all those needs.
Our in house team for maintenance is led by Simone who having built his own chalet is more than capable of resolving most problems. We then work with a huge team of reliable and specialist tradesmen all of whom are registered and carry the necessary certificates to carry out everything need to keep your property in perfect working order.
Our chalet managers and cleaning team are also trained to spot any problems before the become major issues, inform you and then follow your instructions to get resolved.
• Advice
It really starts with this, with all the years and chalets we have managed there are few situations that we have not encountered and are available for simple advice on anything from what ski pass to buy to who is the most reliable for airport transfers or simply where is the best bread shop in town…..We have all the answers and are ready to share this with you.
• Key Holding
This is an important service that we provide to all members throughout the year and the cost for this service is included in your membership charge.
Your keys will be stored safely in our secure office premises with a strict sign-out and authorisation policy.
• Cleaning Services - Regular, end of season, end of build, housekeeping
Our full time cleaners are fully registered and insured and have all been trained to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and personalise this service to the way that you like your property. They are also often the most frequent visitors in your chalet so have been trained to keep an eye on any maintenance issues that may arise and report back to us so that these issues can be dealt both quickly and efficiently.
Our price includes all cleaning materials and the supply of basic materials - dishwasher tablets, sponges, washing up liquid, bin bags, all purpose spray and some toilet paper.
• Linen Service
For your personnel linen, our Housekeeping staff can either wash, dry & iron this in your home (charged at the cleaning hourly rate) or it can be brought back to our premises and laundered by a trusted local blanchisserie.
• Administrative assistance
Our property management team can take care of any administration needs you may have from setting up direct debits, registering foreign cars, organising insurance and dealing with the French authorities and taxes or corresponding in French for the purchase of your home from the very beginning.
Our management team is also used to dealing with all sorts of varied Members requests ranging from ordering and installing of home appliances, fitting of boot dryers and ski racks to assisting on your behalf at Co-Prop AGMs.
• Security Checks
Our management and maintenance staff can carry out regular or periodic checks when required.
This service is available not only to protect against possible intrusion but even more importantly against extreme weather conditions.
We can also organize the installation of a wide range of security and fire protection systems and be on call as the primary contact for immediate response.
• Gardening
Lawn mowing, planting or full landscaping, our gardeners are available to take care of all your gardening needs.
• Snow Clearance
Snow Clearance is available either as a seasonal contract or on an ad-hoc basis. Prices will be quoted on an individual basis with favourable rates for a seasonal contract.
• Gas/fuel/wood deliveries
We can organize your wood delivered in 25, 33 or 50 cm lengths and also offer the service of stacking neatly where and when required.
• Chimney Sweep
A regular chimney sweep is now a legal requirement in order to validate your household insurance policy. We can organise for this to be done cleanly and efficiently at a convenient time of year for you.
• Spa, hammam and pool maintenance
This service is available on an ad-hoc, 'opening and closing' regular maintenance or yearly contract to take care of all your pool and spa requirements.
• Deliveries
We regularly take deliveries of all sorts of goods on behalf of our members, which are delivered either to our head office in Les Houches or directly at your property. Either way, this will allow you to place orders for your property supplies without the worry of needing to be here to take the delivery.
• Shoppping & Supplies
We can take care of all your pre-arrival shopping and supplies so that you can step into holiday mode as soon as you arrive at your property!
• Mail & post box management
We watch your post box for you and treat important mail on your behalf should any action be required. We can also filter junk mail to prevent your post box overflowing, preventing unwanted attention to a vacant property.
• TV and Internet Solutions
We can advise on the best solutions for you and take care of the entire installation procedure.
• Plumbing and boiler servicing
Whether you need someone for a leaky tap, to resolve an emergency leak or for regular maintenance of your heating system.
• Electrical services
Adding a plug, moving a light or renewing your circuit board we have the best electricians on hand.
