Where are you based ?

We live and work in Chamonix and our main offices are easy to find and in Les Houches, come and see us for a coffee and a chat.

What sort of properties do you manage ?

With 100+ members we manage everything from two bedroom flats to 12 bedroom chalets and everything in between. The one common thread is that all our members want their properties to be well managed with a friendly, helpful and efficient service.

Do you rent properties ?

No, we are purely a local service provider and management company, however we work closely with our partner Ten80 Holidays that does just this - between us we offer a seamless services for all your needs.

Do you provide M and Ms a cleaning and linen services if I rent directly through Air BnB or other platforms ?

No, we are happy to work with an owner to achieve your rental objectives if you have your own site or use personal contacts to achieve bookings this works well in partnership with Ten80 Holidays.

What is the annual cost ?

There is an annual charge of 240 minutes billed to your Timeblock as a membership fee. Included in this are all administration costs, key holding, our on-line calender OASYS to help organise your stays and bookings, access to all our services that make owning a second home here a pleasure and not a bind and an emergency number to help in case of any problems, and of course unlimited advice on all your projects.

What is the actual cost of your services ?

This depends entirely on how much you use us. For some of our members we provide security and basic services, for others we take care of everything to do with your chalet as well as organising all stays. All our services and prices are listed on the services page. Click here for our tariffs

What guarantee do I have over the quality of your services ?

This depends on the services. Everything in house is carried out by our highly trained and motivated team. All our partners for specialist interventions (Electricians, plumbers, internet installers, snow clearance etc) are all fully certified in France and carry the necessary insurance. In all cases we strive for excellence and professionalism.

What is the difference between Chamonix Ten80, Ten80 Holidays and Ten80 Events ?

They are three different companies: Chamonix Ten80 is the local French registered service provider and in resort company. Ten80 Holidays and Ten80 Season are UK registered companies dealing exclusively in the rental of properties Ten80 Events is and world wide events organisation company

Do you provide Ad Hoc services to non members?

No, we have worked hard to build our range of services and they are only available to members and guests who book through Ten80 holidays.

Is there anything you can not do?

Over the years we have come across pretty much every situation and request, but we are alway on the look out for new challenges and never fail to find the best solution.
